A continuation of the study and t extual analytical study of the chapters of marriage and divorce as follows: Rulings on looking at members of the opposite sex , rulings of engagement, pillars of marriage, impediments to marriage, establishing divorce through the option, dowry , wedding feast, conjugal relations, financial obligations for a relative, a slave and an animal, child custody, divorce, separation initiated by the wife (khul'), doubt in divorce, revocable divorce, foreswearing one’s wife (ila'), likening one’s wife to his mother’s back (ẓihār) , imprecation (li'ān), waiting period ('idda), purification of the divorced woman (istibrā '), lineage and paternit y, accusation of adultery and defamation, breastfeeding and kinship.
