Born and raised in the East Bay, she trains with Mujeeb (M.J.) Hamid, an MCC congregation member and trainer. After her fight with Larissa Pacheco, she went through a tough time and Br. Hamid introduced her to Islam. She took her Shahadah at MCC on July 21, 2023. Since then, she’s been attending Jumu’ah (Friday prayer services) regularly.
