- Assalamu Alaikum, We sincerely pray that Allah SWT rewards you and your family abundantly. Your demeanor throughout our interactions—marked by composure, active listening, and steady judgment under pressure—has been deeply reassuring. My wife and I consider ourselves fortunate to have you as our guide and mentor. My overall experience with Noble Hajj under Al Bait Travel was truly amazing. Brother Yasir of Noble Hajj attentively listened to every comment and piece of feedback—both from me and from those around me—and acted upon them accordingly. His responsiveness and professionalism made a significant difference in our journey. One of the best parts of the experience was also the scholars they selected. They were always available to answer questions, providing clear guidance and spiritual reassurance whenever needed. Please accept any shortcomings on our part, and we ask for your forgiveness and continued patience. We sincerely hope and pray that other members of our family and friends will be able to secure future Hajj packages with Al Bait Travel under Brother Yasir of Noble Hajj. JazakAllah Khair.

Pilgrim review 5Albait B2700 via Albait Guest
- Overall experience
- Strongly recommended. They looked after every single pilgrim as best as they could, helped us from from Nusuk booking days all the way through to post Hajj.
- Communication
- Excellent communication. Had a telegram chat with dedicated sub chats for relevant topics and guides were also approachable, easy to contact and quick to reply.
- Mina & Azizyah
- Muaisim - excellent facilities. We walked to the sites or buses were organised (eg mina to Arafat, Arafat to muzdalifa). However from Muzdalifa onwards we walked and this was already explained prior to the departure for hajj days so no surprises. Guides organised buses/taxis for those requiring additional support. The guides personally found and negotiated with buses for Makkah from Jamarat (first day).
- Dedicated scholar
- Yes
- Muzdalifah
- We’re told to bring mat, and bring blankets and pillows from Arafat tent to leave behind at muzdalifa
- Transportation
- Coaches - excellent
- Guidance & reflection
- Religious and spiritual guides (sheikhs, ustadhs) did zoom webinars from the booking days on topics relevant to hajjis, and continued throughout Ramadan (spiritual preparation from Ramadan to hajj), and post Ramadan started to explore the historical significance, spiritual aspects, logistics, health and well being topics with experts from relevant fields (nutritionist, podiatrist etc), and fihq of Hajj.
- Would you recommend?
- Yes definitely. The guides were so caring and so concerned for the pilgrims. The pilgrim hub website with all the resources needed for hajj were so beneficial all fronts for hajj prep and definitely shaped the hajj I had performed.
Pilgrim review 6Albait via Inspired Tours
- Overall experience
- I would not recommend Al Bait and MJB with muaisim camp, if going Majar Al Kabsh its ok to consider but i feel better options available with other provider. This year Al Bait logistics were very bad they were just focused on making reels and we had many issue which Albait was not able to fix it.
- Communication
- I will break this down into 2 Part, before Departure and After. Before Departure specially during booking and after booking support MJB was very active and helpful, he even helped people secured hajj package with other providers and helped them get proper contact information and guided thru the whole process. We had multiple webinars to go thru the whole logistics and what to expect. Weekly reminder messages were sent and those were compiled into PDF with what to expect each days of hajj. After departure things were good in Madinah, real problem started with day 1 of Hajj itself and neither MJB nor Al Bait were able to resolve issues. Day 1, we were told to gather at 6 for 6:30 Bus departure to Mina and was told to have breakfast in Mina and not hotel, we waited in lobby till 9 and were not allowed to go anywhere and bus came at 9 and were taken to mina we reached mina around 11 AM and there was no breakfast or food as breakfast window was over, we had power off shortly after we reached. After waiting for bus for 3 hours Al Bait representative told us that our bus time was 8:30 AM and MJB is saying he is given 6:30 and this was never found out who was right and wrong. And there were many issue like this specially from logistic side which Al Bait failed miserably
- Mina & Azizyah
- We were in non-shifting package and were in Muasim camp 54, this was the same camp which had many influencer and tiktokers whole day they are shooting reels and causing inconvinence to people, specially Mufti Menk and others. Eventaully things were not really how they were showed on insta reels those we just deceptions. Very first thing Camp had a major upgrade this year, camp setup was very good, those cot for sleeping were very nice and comfy, bathroom and toilet were good but not enough to handle all crowd. Day 1 we reached around 11 AM shortly after we reached we had power cut but was restored in 15-20 mins overall camp was looking good. We were not provided with Nusuk bag which Mufti Menk already made video and said its given to everyone big fake lie none got in camp 54 that setup was only for video. Food was served around 1 very big queue for food and when we got food, it was in very horrible state (I'm just trying to be honest here so everyone have idea, other Alhamdulilah for everything) most of them didnt eat same at dinner time after waiting in queue for 1 hr food was very bad, many were surving on noodles and outside food restaurants which were at walking distance. We were told that Arafat Bus will depart at 6:30 for us. By night 10 PM camps were very dirty and not in good condition it was literally stinking at many places, this was brought up to guides, albait and others too but no proper action was taken. We woke up around 3 and bathroom lines were horrible but around 3:30-4 camp was out of water and bathroom were clogged. Al bait at this point is just busy making reels with their paid influencers and posting on instagram. They didnt do anything, our guides we little helpful on giving temp options to overcome this. We were all asked to file complain with MoH so this gets resolved early (this was Al Bait responsibility they failed here). Since camp was out of water and food there was literally nothing in camp so they tried to get everyone out as quick. We were taken to Arafat around 6:15 and reached there by 7 or 7:30. We had breakfast there not those fancy instagram breakfast (Boil egg and foul and fruits/juices). Arafah camp was ok we had sofa bed and we slept. we wake up around 12 we had lunch (there were no options it was pulao with camel meat or beef and fruits/juices nothing else) and then start of wuqoof, shortly after dhur prayer there was fire outside camp and there were 3 places fire took place simultaneous and was brought under control within minutes by authories (We were told to stay indoor for safety as camps are fire proof). Rest of the day spend in Ibadah and after sunset we were told to take rest for 3 hours and our Bus for Muzdalifah will be after 11 PM. We got in bus around 12:30 AM and reached Muzdalifah around 1:30 AM, we were switch from 1 camp site to other as almost all were full. Literally there was no space anywhere and most of the group just try to spreadout their own blankets etc to found place. Guides were helpful to direct people and gave priority to ladies to have them safe place but no water no food no carpet no sleeping bag. Morning in Muzdalifah we were taken in bus to mina camp and reached there around 7 AM issue of water and bathrooms were fixed by this time. Had quick breakfast and went for jamaraat walking it took us 2 hrs to reach jamarat as it was crowded were were done with rami by 10 AM and we were directed before to take bus from Jamarat to Makkah (this was a big chaos most of group were lost and clueless what needs to be done) many ended up paying up 500 riyal for taxi as they were lost and few found way with bus, this bus drop on gazza side and its quite good walk to jabal omar hotels. We had tawaf done and there were bus scheduled after Isha to camp, this buses were suppose to drop infront of camp but they didnt we boarded bus and then we were dropped in between it was like 30 mins walking from there and this was purely Al Bait logistics error ground staff present over there said that this bus is suppose to go inside but drivers said he has this drop location. There were Al Bait ground staff present but guide but it was very much walking and there were group of Ladies who were alone etc. I just opened up my Nusuk Map and followed direction it gave us short cut to reach camps within minutes (it was a saver). Al Bait and MJB both are not ready to accept the mistake and continue saying its normal, but Al Bait ground staff specific their operation teams he accepted this mistake and acknowledge it. After reaching to camp, we are tired and camp was very bad it was stinking. We reached to MJB and he said its beyond Al Bait control as that camp was owned by Al-Rajhi they cant do anything. I had to email MoH at 2 AM in night to have my camp cleaned-up this was the 6th complaint from me, MoH were very prompt in this case and they reached out and took all my complaints and thier very First response was contact Al Bait and they will resolve it and I explained them whole situation and convinced them to come and check themself, they were very prompt and came within 15 mins for inspection. Total 6 individual came in they got splittted into 3 groups and inspected more than 10 camps in muasim area. After inspection they called in their lead to talk with me and explain the issue and filled a formal complain on this eventually condition of camp changed for the next 2 days food was atleast eatable now and cleaning was drastically improved they had more workforce for cleaning. After multiple complain for Nusuk bag we were given bag but it doesnt have musallah a whole set of corruption going on. Needless to say this camp had more than 10 influencers (most are islamic scholar) i did reach to many of them to say a word on this poor condition or have Al Bait fix it and none had audacity to say even that this not right. Do not believe on reels this is just illusions and this people are just there for thier publicity and fame. Last day we were provided with bus back to camp it tool 4 hours to reach but it was most on road closure etc.
Pilgrim review 7Al Bait Guests B2500 MJB via MJB
- Overall experience
- Highly recommend
- Communication
- Fair (our buses left prior to the times we were told to be ready, we weren't told how long we would walk to our space in Muzdalifah, and our group got split up on a few of our walks). Yes, ABG was on-site to address these issues with our group leaders immediately.
- Mina & Azizyah
- Majr al Kabsh nonshifting. Great accommodations in terms of AC, food, drink, and cleanliness.
- Dedicated scholar
- Yes, Sh Atiyah Emarah and Mufti Azeemuddin Ahmed
- Muzdalifah
- Carpet, boxed meal, and drinks. Bathrooms got dirty towards fajr time.
- Transportation
- There were two times when the first of our two buses left earlier than we were told to be ready (probably because they were already mostly full of early birds). Otherwise the buses were high quality. Trains between the manasik were crowded and slow but otherwise fine.
- Guidance & reflection
- I was expecting Arafah to be out in the open so I was thrilled to see that we would be in the AC all day. Also, I did a lot of my own reading on how to visit Madinah and perform hajj according to my madhab (school of thought) beforehand so I did not need to ask my shuyookh too many questions.
- Would you recommend?
- Yes I absolutely recommend this as an affordable and comfortable package even despite the minor hiccups and inconveniences along the way which I am sure even the most expensive packages cannot avoid. Overall excellent experience where I felt catered to throughout the process with a good balance of scheduled programs and free time.

- Communication
- Very good communication, Yasir was excellent

- Majr alkabsh non shifting - very good comfortable experience. Majr bathrooms need updating but were fine
- Dedicated scholar

- We left late from Arafah 1-2 hours after Maghrib to let everyone clear out. When we got there we had difficulty finding place. We were lucky some people left at midnight and made space for us. Some other people in our group got lost for 2-3 hours because AlBait guide was lost.
- Transportation
- Buses to and from airport/makkah. We walked to trains for Arafah and back but everything was very doable.
- Guidance & reflection
- The main thing is to have low expectations and proper mindset that we are lucky and blessed to even be there. Some people in my group or tent (different group) had vastly different experiences including getting lost and ending up in aziziyah or even hospitalized/observed temporarily. Others were in muassim and aziziyah and had comfortable time besides the walking. It’s just out of our hands at the end of the day and we need to be adaptable.
- Would you recommend?
- 100% - AlBait were extremely helpful and caring. They even got us group appointment at Rawdah which isn’t guaranteed. Yasir Siddiqui was amazing organizer and very helpful. He helped my group either get accommodations in Jeddah or large suites in Makkah when we had to check out hours before our flight.

- Overall experience
- One of the best hajj experiences through this group. The logistics for this package was THE best. From the moment we landed in Medina all the way to our departure to Jeddah airport, there was always people there to assist us and clear cut communication sent out beforehand. The scholars were amazing as well being there for us throughout the hajj days
- Communication
- Very good communication from start to finish. Agent rep was always there with us to assist and answer any questions. Agent also assisted when people were lost
- Mina & Azizyah
- I lived in Majar Al kabsh non shifting package and it was roughly a 8-10 minute walking distance to the Jamarat. Mina tent accommodation was great and I had no issues. I was placed with my group and with the scholars/group leader. Never had logistics issues during my stay and going to/from the tent.
- Dedicated scholar
- Yes both scholars that were listed on the package were with ke during my manasik days
- Muzdalifah
- Very good. Was provided a meal and was able to find a spot to sleep for the night.
- Transportation
- To and from airport we had Al bait busses. Very great transport. Getting to the camps were also busses. From Mina to arafah and arafah to muzdalifah was via a train. Very good and reliable transportation. Never had any issues. Wait times were average but nothing too crazy.
- Guidance & reflection
- Being there with the two scholars through the duration of my hajj days helped me a ton in understanding more about the hajj days. There were a lot of great talks during the camp days and helped me really get into a much more spiritual state. Scholars also accompanied us to the Jamarat. There were talks daily by the scholars and reflections. The scholars were always there to address questions and made this hajj the best that it can be.
Pilgrim review 10Al Bait B2700 via Noble Hajj
- Overall experience
- Strongly recommend I was in the Al Muasim camp with Brother Kazi and I felt taken care of, but also given enough flexibility to do what I wanted from a fiqh perspective. The only two things I wish were a little better: I wish we had was a dedicated scholar in Al Muasim. We had to fend on our own for talks and lectures but it all worked out Alhamdulilah because our group had some great folks. The other thing was that communication could have been a little better towards the end, but I'm not complaining. Everything was figured out, nothing crazy.
- Communication
- In the beginning there was a lot of waiting for them to reach out to us. I think this was due to the war. I think they could have prompted us with some better communication, but overall once things started, it was pretty smooth. During the trip communication was decent, nothing too crazy. Logistics were communicated very well. Towards the end, we thought our guide was with us on the bus to the aiport, but it turned out he wasn't. No biggie, because we figured it out as a group. Overall I think they did a great job Alhamdulilah. It would have been nicer to have more communication, but it's not a dealbreaker. I really also liked how they were transparent with everyone. For example, Mecca to Mina was taking awhile and Brother Kazi said something like "Hey things are late because of traffic and other things that are out of our hands. We are trying, but we will have to wait until something opens up". It's much better than was other groups got which was something along the lines of "This is Hajj, deal with it" or "Don't ruin your Hajj by complaining". I mean I understand these answers, but they don't really make us feel confident in the provider. Kazi and Yasir, you guys are wonderful and I'm telling everyone to go with you InshAllah.
- Mina & Azizyah
- I was: Al Muasim Non Shifting In Mina, our group had a room dedicated to all 26 of us. It was nice since all the other groups had a minimum of like 50-100 people in their room. It was like our own private little cabin. I honestly have no complaints about the accommodations. Bathrooms were clean enough and had decent wait times even in peak hours. Food was plentiful, in fact I had to ask them to give me less. Snacks were abundant although certain popular ones ran out but were replenished the next day. Cold water was always there or you just had to wait a little bit when they restocked. Walk to jamaraat is really dependent on what time you go. I think the longest was 3 hours roundtrip because of crowds, not distance. The rest of the days (I did the optional day as well) ranged from 2 hours to 2.5 hours round trip. Just a quick sidenote about the jamarat walk. It's decently shaded for 3/4 of it and you got through 3 tunnels. The jamarat area is the third floor and is cooled. People really are scared of the walk, but if you're young, do not suffer from joint pain, or foot pain, train a bit before Hajj, and just take the right supplies. You'll be fine. It's honestly really fun and you get to do loads of talbiyah and dhikir along the way. It's a lot easier after the first day because you can switch to good running shoes after some of the ihram restrictions are lifted. If you are older or know you cannot train sufficiently, then go to Majr Al Kabsh. However, if Al Muasim is the camp you are going with, don't fear. Just do your prep and plan accordingly (don't go during peak times). Last thing I'll say, I think we had a really good Mina experience because our provider was Al Bait. They really did their best to provide us with a great experience.

- Mina was overall very good, clean and comfortable. We had the majar al kabsh tent. There were around 80-100 people in our tent of men. The tent had proper AC to ensure it stayed cool, wudu stations were ample, and food was good. Buses took us between the tents and our hotels and were always on time.

- Communication
- Communication was very clear all throughout the experience (before hajj and all throughout the trip itself). We were added to multiple whatsapp groups that specifically addressed our package details (i.e. a specific group for members of our flight, a specific group for members of our Mina camp, etc). This helped maintain efficient communication so we were aware of all logistics.
- Mina & Azizyah
- I had a non-shifting package so I was able to easily store my large luggage at the hotel while at Mina. I stayed at the Majar al Kabsh camp. The tents were very comfortable. Each person was assigned to a specific cubby in the tent which included a fold out single sofa bed, a small pillow, a blanket, and a couple of shelves for storage. We were also given a very nice backpack from Nusuk full of toiletries, prayer mat, water bottle, sleeping bag, and other helpful items. The bathrooms were very clean as there were always staff present to clean up at all hours of the day and night. I never had to wait for a stall to open up, there were always stalls available when I needed. The food was all very good as well. We were given breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet style every day and there were additional snacks and coffee available throughout the day at certain areas of the camp. The arrangements made it very easy to focus entirely on ibadah because all of my other needs were met alhamdulillah.
- Dedicated scholar
- Yes, Mufti Azeemuddin and Sheikh Atiyah Emarah
- Muzdalifah
- They were fine, as expected. We were taken to a camp area that had a thin carpet on the ground which made it clean and easy for us to lay our sleeping bags/mats and lay down. There were prepackaged dinner boxes and coolers with soda, juice and water.
- Transportation
- Transportation all around was good. We were given air conditioned coach buses each time we took a bus (from airport to hotel, hotel to airport, hotel to Mina, Mina to hotel). Getting on the bus from the Mina camp was a little challenging due to the road closures, so we had to walk about 20-30min out of the camp and then wait for the bus to meet us. However that's not in the travel agencies' control at all as the road closures are decided by the government. The guides kept us informed of these details.

We were able to experience a very quiet Madinah and visit the Rawdah multiple times. Similarly, upon arriving in Makkah and performing Umrah, the Haram was the not at all crowded and we were able to touch the Kaaba. The logistics throughout Hajj were excellent. Our Mina camp was very close to the Jamarat, the Muzdalifah area was carpeted, and the Arafat tent was comfortable with easy access to food and drinks thus allowing us to focus on dua and worship. The hotels in both Makkah and Madinah were excellent and within an easy walk to the Haram. The group leaders were always accessible and responsive, providing guidance, answering questions, and proactively solving problems to ensure the safety and ease of the group. Alhamdulillah, we are grateful for a well-organized and easy Hajj experience.

Pilgrim review 27Al Bait Guests, B1900 via Noble Hajj
- Overall experience
- Strongly Recommend: Noble Hajj (NOH) demonstrated expertise and knowledge of Hajj processes. On several occasions, it felt like we took the most optimal routes/times to reduce risk of getting lost/overcrowding/undue difficulty. NOH worked well with ABG, knowing when and where to divert resources or work around schedules to quickly grab buses for transport and avoid delays. The NOH team fostered a group environment to be strong but not forced; those who wanted to have their own experiences were free to do so, and interaction in the group was as at each individual’s pace. ABG as a service provider was good, they offered a lot of amenities with our package, and resources were always available.
- Communication
- The agency representatives were always quick to respond and available in-person or via phone (WhatsApp groups). I never had issues reaching the NOH reps, and I think the same was true for the women in our group.
- Mina & Azizyah
- Mina: Majar Al Kabsh Aziziyah: N/A Accommodations were great, ABG provided a lot of support and gave great facilities. The tents had sufficient space, were well controlled, and the area overall was kept clean. Bathroom facilities were always very clean as the cleaning facilities team were constantly working around the clock to clean stalls before anyone entered. Food featured various options with usually at least one vegetarian option. Water/coffee/other amenities were always available.
- Dedicated scholar
- Yes, the B2700 package that we had with NOH team featured Sh. Attia and Mufti Azeemuddin. They fostered a great spiritual environment, answered questions or concerns, and lead regular sessions to prepare people for hajj/provide spiritual reflections.
- Muzdalifah
- Muzdalifah was decent, I wouldn’t have expected much given its nature. I will say, I think there was a space issue where many individuals struggled to find room across various groups, but that is to be expected with Muzdalifah. They did have food boxes (croissant/sandwiches and snacks) offered, but I don’t think many people wanted to eat at this time.

- The involvement of the Mufti Azeemuddin, Shaikh Atia , and visiting Mufti’s were excellent throughout the Hajj journey. Their lectures greatly enhanced our understanding of the rituals and spiritual significance of Hajj, and they were always available to answer any fiqh or Hajj related questions. The scholars were highly knowledgeable, approachable, and accessible at all times.

- From a logistical perspective - the experience was outstanding. Yasir was one of the best guides/group leader, I have encountered. He was always accessible, quick to address any issues, and consistently made himself available, whether in the lobby of the hotel, by phone, or through text messages. Whenever we were on the move, he would often stay behind to ensure no one was left behind. I heard complaints from pilgrims in other groups, including some with very well-known agency, but Yasir was with us every step of the way, even helping us when we were lost. His dedication and support were exceptional. Overall, the combination of excellent scholarly guidance and strong logistical support made for a smooth, spiritually enriching, and well-organized Hajj experience. I would not hesitate to recommend this group to others.

- There was excellent preparation before the trip, with outstanding communication and support every step of the way. From the day our flight departed until my return 14 days later, everything was exceptionally well organized and exceeded expectations. Our tour guide, Yasir Siddiqi, was truly outstanding. He guided us throughout the pilgrimage with professionalism, patience, and deep knowledge, answering all of our questions and consistently going above and beyond to ensure everyone was comfortable and well cared for. One example of his exceptional service was after Hajj, when he arranged a special room for our group after hotel checkout so that everyone would have a comfortable place to rest before our flight. His dedication, attention to detail, and genuine care for the pilgrims made the entire experience unforgettable. I highly recommend this tour and especially Yasir for anyone planning their Hajj journey. His commitment to serving the group made a meaningful difference and contributed greatly to a truly remarkable experience.

- Alhamdulillah the communication was amazing. The representatives were extremely involved every step of the way. Our representatives gave clear instructions on our group-chat on where to be, what time, how to get there, etc. Anytime we had a question or concern our representatives were easily accessible. Our Noble hajj guide Yasir Bhai made sure all practicalities were handled. He was very communicative on whatsapp with us so there wasn't much confusion. He was present throughout every step. For example, he stayed with us to guide us to/from the Mina camp to Jamarat. This where many get lost but he had a flag to guide us all so nobody got lost.
- Mina & Azizyah
- I had a non shifting package. I stayed in the Mina Majar Al Kabsh camp. Alhamdulillah The accommodations were nothing less than amazing. I had low expectations going to Mina as it was a spiritual ritual and so I didn’t care much for comfort. However, it exceeded my expectations. From the start we had a bus pick us up from the hotel to take us to the Mina camps. We were warmly welcomed by the Albait representatives at the camp. Our noblehajj guide Yasir Bhai communicated with us beforehand which # tent we were in and our wristbands had our bed number. Made the process seamless. We were gifted complimentary bags by nusuk. It came with prayer mat, fan, umbrella, rocks for jamarat and personal hygiene kits. The camp itself was very clean, our tent had AC the entire time, our group rep posted the meal times on our chat (great communication once again). Numerous bathrooms to use, more than 1 bathroom attendant always present keeping the facilities clean for the hujjaj. Unscented soap widely available in the bathrooms. Very easy to shower. Had ice cream, drinks, snacks, fruits all around the camp. This was great to keep ourselves hydrated and energized throughout the day in Mina and right before going for Arafat. Our camp was also 10-15 minute walk from the jamarat which was a HUGE plus.
- Dedicated scholar
- Yes. We had Mufti Azeem as our dedicated scholar through the days of hajj. Him and his wife were present through every step of hajj with us. Mufti Azeem held lectures/dua at the Mina camp, arafat and muzdalifa. The sisters were able to benefit from us via mixlr. He and his wife were also extremely accessible if we had any questions or concerns. We could speak to them in person or on WhatsApp. They were very responsive and attentive to the group. Alhamdulillah. May Allah reward them.

Food and drinks were exceptional, and the cleanliness and maintenance staff were always present and did a phenomenal job. Restrooms were always cleaned round the clock, food was delicious and nutritions, and drinks were plentiful, coolers were always well-stocked with plenty of drinks and water.
- Dedicated scholar
- Yes we had Sheikh Atiyah Omarah and Mufti Azeemudddin during our Manasik days. Sheikh Atiyah in particular, was exemplary in his guidance, and easily approachable to all, inspite of leading a group of more than 100 pilgrims, he was always there to support us, guide us, through numerous talks and group discussions, and always ready to help us with any fiqh-related questions. He led and guided us on every step of the way in Mina, Arafah, Muzdalifah, and Jamarat.
- Muzdalifah
- They were fine.
- Transportation
- We had bus transport to and from airport, and the Mashair trains between Mina, Arafah and Muzdalifah. Mina to hotels was done by bus.
- Guidance & reflection
- The spiritual guides assigned to our group were exceptional and iproviding indispensable advice, and guidance to the whole group. Both Sheikh Atiyah Omarah and Mufti Azeemuddin were highly qualified religious guides. We could not have asked for a better experience and spiritual guidance. Sheikh Atiyah's talks and short lectures on the meaning of the Hajj rituals Mina and Arafah days, were some of my best highlights from our Hajj trip. Alhamdulillah! His self-less guidance and advice to all of us made our spiritual journey all the more meaningful, he was one of the most hard-working group leaders in our group, prepared clear and concise slides with duas, supplications, which was a treasure trove of knowledge without which the Hajj rituals would not be the same. I am incredibly grateful and humbled by his tireless service to the group and the immesurable value both our scholars provided. Without them, our Hajj would not be the same.

- Excellent communication, Prompt replies to queries, when we were still in SA i had a representative call me for my query regarding backpacks. They were around all the time and fully involved, Examples - Ziyaarats, Our Mufti would be doing the main talking but the guides would always be there with us, making sure every one was present before leaving, (Our group always waited for those who were a little late - it was a very thoughtful gesture and الحمد للّٰه we had good people in our group and no one complained if we left a little late as far as i am aware) The guides would also check on the slow walkers. Guides also shared wisdom and advice For Tawaaf Ziyaarah - they gave us different options (day/time) and a guide was allocated for each group to take us to perform our Tawaaf
- Mina & Azizyah
- Shifting package 1. AZIZIA We were in Sheesha - which meant nearer to jamaraat further from Haram For the days of Hajj The 10th day and 13th day.... The distance matters alot and with the location of our hotel the walk from and to jamaraat is significantly less than staying in Azizia Also for the old and sick, Many took a bus from Mina to the hotel, then walked to jamaraat, That was a much shorter walk compared to walking from Mina camp to Jamaraat ..... During our stay here before and after Hajj It was manageable... But it was a little tiring Esp after Hajj we felt the strain we used the haram bus which dropped us at the Marwa side of haram Abit of a walk, to and from bus stop, especially if you exit haram from Zamzam towers side Using this Bus stop Would definitely be difficult for older people We also have to wait for bus sometimes

- Communication was excellent pre booking and post booking and throughout the entire trip. I was always in the know alhamdulillah we had 6 agency reps for our group of about 135- sisters had a rep and the brothers had multiple reps.
- Mina & Azizyah
- We had a shifting package. Our Mina accommodation exceeded our expectations- we were at muasim. Bathrooms were clean and new. There were ample restrooms. Good food. Woman were in private corridors. Ample snacks and beverages at all time. Azizyah accommodations were also fine- nothing amazing but it did the job. We were barely there anyways. We were in azizyah 2 days prior to the start of hajj and as a group only relocated back on the 12th of dull hijjah. Some individuals independently went back on the other days via taxi or walking. Jamarat is a 20min walk from there so it is nicer to start from aziziyah.
- Dedicated scholar
- We had a guide with us sisters at alll time but she wasn’t a scholar. We had access to the scholars for group dua at the end of arafah and they would accompany us on the walk to the jamarat.
