Azizia: Excellent. Upgraded to private family room. Hotel is like a 2.5 to 3 Star US hotel and certainly convenient/ doable. Highly advised.
Makkah & Madinah: Excellent. Swissotel in Makkah and Sofitel in Medina are 5star hotels , very convenient location with excellent food.
Mina: Except for shared bathrooms and need to use sometimes public bathroom, the stay was very good. Despite Maktab A, the bathrooms were shared among 3-4 groups rather than being assigned to one group ( or dedicated cleaning staff from group). The company reps were constantly present and checking on us.
Arafah & Muzdalifah: Very good. I think there are newer bathrooms constructed in muzdalfa and accessible.
Overall recommendation: I would definitely recommend the agency and travel with them again. ---

Azizia: We had Hotel 21 and it’s very nice
Mina: We had decent arrangement. Also we had golf cart to take us up hill and drop at the tunnel to mina which made it super easy. Also once restrictions were lifted we had transportation arrangement by our group between azizia and mina.
Muzdalifah: We had brand new AC busses with decent arrangement. It took us around 2 hours to reach. We had sleeping bags, food, water.
Arafah: Probably one of the best arrangements as compared to many other camps around us. It was quite lavish with rotisserie goats. Chilled ac rooms with 20 people per room that were quite spacious. Efficient cleaning arrangements at toilets.

Azizia: Hotel was decent. Food was desi food every day but there are lot of choices closeby
Mina: Lack of private washroom was a problem. The cushion in the sofabed collapsed. Food service was excellent and after 10th Dhull Hijjah the washrooms were cleaner and did not require long wait times.
Muzdalifah: Washroom where my bus stopped was excellent. No complaints. Well managed by the group leader
Arafah: Tent with a lot of people. Got really noisy. Private washroom in arafah is a game changer

Azizia: Nuzul Ehda Al Wissam. Building managed by dasp. Not 5 star but clean and nice. Very happy with Aziziah stay
Mina: Mina was good. Except lack of private washroom like other groups made for a long waiting times
Muzdalifah: Very nice. Had drinking fountain and very clean washrooms
Arafah: Very good. Except for lack of private washrooms made for long waiting times
