- It was great. 12 minute drive from haram. Shuttle service available if needed. 40 minute walk to mina. Restaurants close by. Masjid in building. Events area available for larger gatherings. Sitting and dining area for meals. Only 1 key provided.
- Makkah & Madinah
- Makkah was swiss hotel. Very close and convenient to haram. Half course meals. Madina was nusk al hijra hotel. Also close and convenient. Full course meals.
- Mina
- Mina as expected was tight. AC didnt have effect during peak heat hours. But camp was about 10 min walk to jamarat
- Arafah & Muzdalifah
- Arafat was very nice. Large tent with plenty of cooling. Full course meals. Ijtimai prayers and dua.

- Their Azizia hotel (Zouq Al Khial) had a lift congestion problem. Also, each room had a single shared key which may be inconvenient. The location of their Azizia hotel was excellent, however. It was opposite Masjid Faqih on Sidqi street so it was extremely close to the Jamarat. My Azizia stay was 3-4 days only. Most of my stay (7 days) was in Makkah near Haram (Movenpick).
- Mina
- They had camp in Al Bait Guests - Service Center 1. They gave a special card to folks to be able to enter the camp from under Kubri Khalid instead of walking all the way to Kubri Abdul Aziz. Transportation to Mina was on busses (2023-2025 model). A significant number of people, unfortunately, stayed in Azizia after the first day. This camp was shared with TMG, Al-Firdous, FIDA, and Khatam e Nabuwat groups. Al Khalil Munazzam/Safeenah Group (Pakban, Al Naeem, Al Ghaffar, Pleasure, Al Bakka) worked really hard to bring hujjaj with them. They had visas issued with other agents and Mina location in their own camps. There were some minor challenges but they did their best and brought around 500 people with them (mostly from Canada, and Australia, and some from UK, Scotland, and US) despite having only a 100 or so visas to their name.
- Muzdalifah
- The same busses as Mina busses. It took about 1 hour to get to the bus after Arafah and then another 3-4 hours to get close to the New Mina area. They provided food and sleeping bags in Arafah for folks.
- Arafah
- It was a 7-8 minute walk from Jabl e Rahmah. This my not happen again, but this was an excellent perk.

- Azizia
- This location was close to Sidqi Street and the Jamarat bus station. This year, they had private vans dropping folks off in Haram from 4-7th as well as golf carts to the Jamarat bus station (10 minute walk). This hotel (Nijmat Esraa) was better than last year (Zouq Al Khial, I think).
- Mina
- Same camp as AMAX, KTN (Khatam e Nabuwat), and a few others. They had allocated bed numbers this year for Mina this year. Last year, they had private bathrooms, this year, they didn't (I think it was good that they didn't).
- Muzdalifah
- We were a bit late this year, but Alhamdulillah, we made it around 2.30 am. The provider had sleeping bags and some food. Some folks took blankets from Arafah as well. The agents had some light (fried) food in Muzdalifah as well.
- Arafah
- They had two large shared lounges with KTN (Khatm e Nabuwat), Air Guide, and a few other travel agents. UB was close by but had a different accommodation. The shared lounge was an upgrade but gender segregation was not enforced except at Salah and du'aa times. I think they can improve on that next year year InShaaAllah. This year, they put in extra effort to keep the bathrooms working, but unlike last year, there were no showers in Arafah this year.
