- Strongly Recommend
- Communication
- The involvement was good. For the group I was assigned, sometimes the communication was slower than other groups (I.e I was group 34 and my room mates were 32) and they would get earlier updates. With that said I believe this is the second year operating and I commend their efforts and organization. There was minimal issues in relation to communication.
- Mina & Azizyah
- We had Kidana package and were extremely comfortable. The walk to Jamarat was 20 mins and coming back was about 30 with some street closures.
- Dedicated scholar
- There were many dedicated scholars for the kidana package but building A might have gotten most of the service from the well known names. There were a few days some of those scholars came to our building (G)
- Muzdalifah
- It was VIP in Muzdalifa as well. Separate space, sofa beds, food provided. I can share pics if needed.
- Transportation
- In kidana, we were transported via Train when we first arrived. Train tix were not provided in advance but the Saudia Hajj and Umrah Representatives were able to get for us. For transfers, we had dedicated Saudia buses. Sometimes we did have to walk to or from bus back to Kidana tower bc of road closures.
- Guidance & reflection
- All of the guides were great and explaining the rituals and overall this was a great experience.
- Would you recommend?
- I would recommended to anyone who needs this level of comfort in order to concentrate on Ibadah. I did hajj 20 years ago and it was a very different experience than what I had this time around.
