- Great! Good location and good food.
- Makkah & Madinah
- Madina - Taibah Front for 4 days. Very accessible location. Excellent food. Average room and washrooms. Makkah - Swiss Hotel Maqam 4 days. Walking distance from Haram. Good food. Excellent rooms and cleanliness.

- The tents had 25 other women. Tent size was adequate except the sofa-cum-beds were too narrow. Hardly slept in Mina. The agency had arranged good food. Washrooms were reasonable too.
- Arafah & Muzdalifah
- Arafat - Tent had around 75+ women with comfortable beds/chairs. Was able to focus on duas/prayers. Agency made sure we were fed. The washrooms were too few and most had the indian-style squat down toilets that were filthy. Wuzu facility was in the open right infront of where men hung out so it made it awkward for women. Muzdalifa - agency supplied biryani and made sure we had a location marked for all Universal brother’s Haajis. Washrooms were super clean and new! Pleasant surprise!
- Overall recommendation
- I would definitely recommend the agency and travel with them again. ---

- It was great overall. Greatful that it was air conditioned and the bathrooms were surprisingly great. There was a dedicated team to keep them clean and toilet stalls were big and clean. The only complaint is that they had 32 people in one tent when they had advertised 8-16 people. There was no space to put your stuff and additional bags they gave us additionally. The air conditioning vents would blow hot air into the hallway which made it a lot warmer than the outside temperature. I think that’s a design flaw of their tent site.

- Good. We spent the night in a space that looked like a parking lot. It was paved which is great but with full street lights on, I am not sure how one can sleep. However, it was a lot better than other folks I spoke to.

- Great. Good location.

- Non shifting .. No Aziziyah
- Mina
- Not very good. There were 32 people in a tent so it was impossible to do any ibadaat. Transportation was good and easy

- Nonshifting package

- Transport-Excellent. Followed the Sunnah to the tee in departure and arrival times for each respective step. Camp-Below Expectation (no showers, not “exclusive” as advertised, no common areas for sitting/eating/praying compared to peer arrangements, long queues for food service (took time from sleep/worship), tighter hallways compared to adjacent camps, no thought given to segregating men and women with men/women rooms right opposite each other in the same hallway).
- Muzdalifah
- Transport was again on point. The chosen area was not prepared but located in a well lit paved area close to clean/new restrooms.
