- Azizia
- Azizia hotel location was great it was right next to the Jamaraat. Hotel was new but lacked amenities and proper cleaning. It was on a sharing basis. Getting to the Haram was its own issue with road closures.
- Makkah & Madinah
- Makkah - stayed at Movenpick location was decent only issue was elevators took a long time to get to the Haram Madinah - stayed at Dar Al Taqwa this location was amazing
- Mina
- Food was decent. Ice cream plentiful. Beds were crammed 30 ppl per tent but have foam foldable mattress/chairs. Bathrooms very dirty and over congested. Power went out for 1 hour on first day which was tough
- Arafah & Muzdalifah
- Bus to Muzdalifah we left late at 11:30 which caused us to almost miss Muzdalifah. Services at Arafah were good. Universal express buses are pretty much always late for everything. Organizers do try to help. However, often hard to contact or locate the organizers.
- Overall recommendation
- I might recommend the agency if it improves certain areas. ---

- It was good الــحــمــد للّٰـــه Only dropped us off in Mina on bus and then rides to arafah were on the bus from Mina, rest of the trios were by walk for Mina
