Description

Authentic Yemeni favorite, Lamb Mandi - A delightfully tasty mild but extremely aromatic and flavorful rice pilaf, cooked in authentic spices that include Cinnamon, Cloves, Black Pepper, Cardamom and Olive Oil. It is perfectly paired with succulent and juicy tender lamb pieces or tender lamb leg! Served with authentic "chutney" / sauce of Suhooq and Thaum sauces.
