About The Book The present work is a translation of one of several sections of Imam Yusuf al-Nabahani’s acclaimed work on the Prophet’s biography, characteristics, and virtues (Allah bless him and give him peace), al-Anwar al-Muḥammadiyyah (The Muhammadan Lights). The author dedicated this section to an exhaustive treatment of the Qur’anic verses that specifically relate to the Prophet Muhammad (Allah bless him and give him peace): his exalted rank and special status, as well as those verses comprising an exhortation to obey him and emulate his sunnah and the proper manners towards him, and dispelling obscurities arising from otherwise ambiguous verses revealed concerning him (Allah bless him and give him peace), amongst other such matters.
