Description

Greek Mastic – 5 grams is a unique natural resin harvested from the mastic tree, traditionally grown on the Greek island of Chios. Known for its distinctive aroma and subtle pine-like flavor, mastic is widely used in Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cooking. Greek Mastic is commonly used in desserts, baked goods, ice cream, and traditional sweets. A small amount adds a refreshing and slightly herbal note that enhances both sweet and savory recipes. It is often used in pastries, puddings, and syrups to create a distinctive flavor. The resin is typically ground into powder before use, allowing it to blend smoothly into recipes. Because of its strong flavor, only a small quantity is needed to add aroma and character to dishes. Net Weight: 5 grams To preserve freshness and aroma, store Greek Mastic in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and keep the container tightly sealed when not in use.
