Description
Joseph is lucky, he attends a school that embraces diversity. The children sing songs about Christmas, Hanukkah, and Kwanza in the school's holiday show. And this year, the music teacher is eager to include a song for the Muslim Holiday Eid ul Adha. Yoseph has to use his love for music and his talent for the viola to help bring a Muslim song to the show. He gives everyone the best gift of all-- the gift of song. This book is about being accepted and being proud of one's identity. All children deal with these issues no matter what their beliefs or backgrounds.
