We don't make much of honey comb during the year, because we believe in healthy bees, keeping the wax for the bees to rebuilt faster is healthier and more beneficial to bees, humans and nature. NOTHING BUT HONEY Our honey comb is "Pure Bee Honey and Comb" Raw, 100% Natural, Pure, Unfiltered, not a blend of honey and another sweetener (e.g., sugar or corn syrup), or honey that contains flavoring agents or other ingredients. • NO additives • NO pasteurization • NO artificial ingredients GREAT USES FOR HONEYCOMB • Alongside cheeses • On top of salads • Stirred into yogurt (and oatmeal) • Spread on warm breads • Sprinkled on ice cream • Mix into batter before baking • Add to warm drinks instead of sugar Use the honeycomb as an ingredient Our honeycombs for have a deeper, more complex flavor than honey itself, richer in flavor with all the food the bees eat. Eat by itself, drip the honey over muffins or toast, crush the honeycomb over fruit or ice cream, or serve in chunks with flavorful cheeses.
