Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri 9am–5pm; Wed 10am–7pm; Sun 10am–3pm; closed Sat
All low-income individuals regardless of age, health status or ability to pay.
💲Sliding fee scale; Medicaid, Medicare and commercial insurance. Serves all low-income individuals regardless of ability to pay.
