- Terrible communication overall. Were sometimes present to address issues, but mostly not. Kept misleading and lying to us and trying to get us to leave 12 hours before for each manasik - kept lying to us that Saudi was closing off roads and that we had to leave now otherwise we would not make it. Some people believed the lies and they ended up waiting hours upon hours for a bus, and when they did board a bus the bus was also stuck for 5 to 6 hours because it seemed like the drivers did not know where they were going

- Non shifting But we stayed in Mina the entire time. Almuasim camp itself went through major renovations this year and it was generally good - AC was working okay and the restrooms were clean The food provider that was hired was absolutely terrible. Out of around 8 potential meals between dinner, breakfast and lunch, I only had one and that's because I was extremely hungry. Otherwise I completely avoided the food

- Buses were absolutely terrible and this is the sole reason I will not go with this provider again and not recommend them. We were told to come down immediately because buses were available, only to wait many hours for a bus. Buses were not available when we can get them and many times we had to walk or take a taxi. I had to book my own trains because I did not trust HIb
