FAQ:

Q: Is it true you can only book a Rawda appointment once a year?

A: Correct! The nusuk app uses your passport number, NOT your visa number for the appointment. so even if you get a new visa, your passport number is the name. unless you have multiple different passports, you can book a Rawda appointment once a year..HOWEVER…there is a new feature that allows you to book multiple time WHILE YOU ARE IN VICINITY of Masjid Al-Nabawi via the INSTANT tract(you must enable geo location for the app)

Q: Can I cancel my Rawda appointment and reschedule it?

A: YES! as long as your appointed time did not pass, you can easily reschedule it!

Q: I see a countdown to confirm my Rawdah attendance…BUT I CANT click on anything, what do I do??

1

Install and register in Nusuk

Make the account setup its own first step so users are not hunting through a long guide.

2

Check appointment availability

Availability changes. This guide should support alert subscriptions in Phase 2 instead of making static timing promises.

3

Prepare party and children details

Keep children notes prominent because it is a common edge case in the source guide.

4

Plan arrival and crowd buffer

Connect this guide to Medina hotel maps, gates, and courtyard information.

Should Rawda alerts be Phase 1?

Phase 1 should expose the guide and signup intent. Automated alerting should wait for Phase 2 once user preferences and review cadence are defined.

Why is this marked Needs review?

Appointment rules and availability behavior can change, so the content needs explicit seasonal review.
