The nusuk app uses your passport number, NOT your visa number for the appointment. so even if you get a new visa, your passport number is the name. unless you have multiple different passports, you can book a Rawda appointment once a year..HOWEVERβ¦there is a new feature that allows you to book multiple time WHILE YOU ARE IN VICINITY of Masjid Al-Nabawi via the INSTANT tract(you must enable geo location for the app)
Q: Can I cancel my Rawda appointment and reschedule it?
A: YES! as long as your appointed time did not pass, you can easily reschedule it!
Q: I see a countdown to confirm my Rawdah attendanceβ¦BUT I CANT click on anything, what do I do??
