The Islaamic Center of Mastic-Shirley, also known as Masjid Umar Bin Khattaab, is a mosque and community hub in Shirley, NY, serving the area since 2002. The center offers daily and Jumu'ah prayers, a maktab program for Quran and Islamic studies, and services including counseling, nikah, Ramadan and Eid programming, and social welfare initiatives. The center is currently constructing a new facility featuring expanded prayer halls, event spaces, and a basketball court.
