The Islamic Center of Virginia (ICVA) was established in 1973 by a group of Muslim pioneers in Richmond and acquired its current land on November 11, 1981. The center serves as a place of worship and a center for learning, service, and interfaith dialogue. ICVA offers services including Quran classes, Sunday school, marriage ceremonies, funeral arrangements, counseling, and support for those interested in converting to Islam.
