Masjid-e-Madani is located at 1158 Sycamore Street in Buffalo, New York, and operates under A1 American Community Service Inc. Established in 2018 from a property purchased in 2017, the mosque accommodates approximately 300 worshippers and offers congregational prayers, Islamic education, marriage ceremonies, and funeral services. It also hosts Dar Al-Arqam Madrasah and an evening maktab program for children with around 50 students currently enrolled.
